Navratri Special Menu introduced by Indian Railways : Checkout

As Navratri has approached and a very special decision has been taken by the Indian Railways to introduce the “Navratri Special” menu for all those people who would be fasting while traveling in trains during these 9 days of festival. In order to make train journey even more convenient during their fasts this decision is being taken by the on Sunday and the menu will be ready to serve to the people right from the 1st day of the festival that is from 26th of September till 5th of October.
The menu will be comprising of all those food items which can be consumed and which is generally consumed by the people during their fasts, the information of this was given by the Indian Railways Ministry via their social media handles, where they posted a picture of the menu comprising of Puri, Fried potato, Sabudana khichdi, Saudana vada and other things which are ate during a fast and tweeted with a caption “During the auspicious festival of Navratri, IR brings to you a special menu to satiate your Vrat cravings, being served from 26.09.22 – 05.10.22.Order the Navratri delicacies for your train journey from ‘Food on Track’ app, visit http://ecatering.irctc.co.in or call on 1323.”

Now the Indian Railways has made the train journey even more fun, even more convenient and easy for all those people who fast during this festival as their is no longer need to carry their food with them while traveling , Now the question here arrives that how to order the food? Indian railways has made it clear too.
The traveller has to download an app called ‘food on tack’ from where people can order the Navratri Special delicacies from the application, then the food will be delivered to the person on their train to their exact coach no.
This is a new initiative taken by the Railway Ministry in order to make the train journey more convenient for people across the country.
